Company Description:  The Company creates and operates an electronic web-based marketplace that provides a direct link between buyers and suppliers of mortgage leads, enabling lead transactions that are automated and quality controlled.  Since February 2004 when we began operating our website, our proprietary, patent-pending technology has created valuable and much needed efficiencies as it consolidates a fragmented mortgage lead supplier marketplace. We have successfully processed and matched many lead transactions.  Presently, our list of active lead buyers includes, among others, Countrywide Home Loans, First Horizon Bank, First National Lending, Pacific Lending and First One Lending.

Position Summary: 
Qualified candidates will have large, fault-tolerant systems development experience across all phases of the systems development life cycle. Experience with PHP, mySQL, Apache, Linux and XML on large-scale web applications is required. Shell scripting, Perl, and/or any other OO development experience are a plus. Qualified candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work well in a team environment. BS in Computer Science or related field required.

Major Duties & Responsibilities: 
	Define, design, code, test and debug complex, multi-tier distributed software applications. 
	Assist estimating development effort, and plan implementation and rollout of system changes. 
	Coding in accordance with detailed technical design and to standards set by Team Manager. 
	Peer code reviews. 
	Perform unit testing and integration testing of all project components. 
	Assist with development and documentation of detailed design, including implementation and back out plans. 
	Timely completion of accurate turnover documentation, including proper versioning and labeling of code. 
	Provide project updates to Team Manager. 
	Keeping Project Manager aware of progress and risk associated with milestones. 
	Maintain up to date application documentation. 
	Ownership and accountability for assigned applications. 

Education/ Experience Requirements: 
	Minimum B.S. Degree in Computer Science/Engineering. 
	Minimum of 3 years experience in Information Technology: 
	3+ years experience in Object Oriented Software Development. 
	2+ years experience with LAMP Technologies (Linux, Apache, mySQL, PHP)
