We are looking for a Project Manager/PHP Programmer for a 3 month project.
The position will work with in-house designers, system administrators and an
outsourced, possibly offshore, development vendor.



*Responsibilities: *

   - Scope and document project specifications & deadlines and deliver to
   the development vendor.
   - Work with designers and writers in assuring their vision is being
   implemented
   - Work with development vendor to make sure project milestones are
   delivered on time.
   - Manage the delivery of assets
   - Facilitate approvals and sign-offs
   - Verify both backend and front-end functionality of the website.
   - Maintain a budget and schedule

*Skills:*

   - At least 2 year experience in web development using PHP, MySQL,
   HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
   - Prior project management experience in web applications
   - Experience dealing with offshore partners


   - Understanding of Relational Databases


   - Understanding of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)


   - Current knowledge of cross-browser and browser version scripting
   issues.
   - Operational knowledge of *nix web servers is a plus.
