MYHRECO, an established web development and design firm is seeking a highly experienced, creative, and dedicated PHP/MySQL contract programmer. We require a MINIMUM of 5 years of experience in developing increasingly sophisticated web-delivered application systems that display mastery of PHP and MySQL features and capabilities. The ideal candidate is able to:

1) Follow design and technical specifications 
2) Deliver well structured application modules that meet all operational requirements 
3) Demonstrate creativity by suggesting alternative design and development approaches that: 
    a) Maximize processing efficiency and effectiveness, 
    b) Streamline the development process, 
    c) Enhance user-friendly, intuitive front-end interfaces; and, 
    d) Facilitate seamless integration of multiple application modules. 
4) Support future phased expansion and enhancement 
5) Objectively subject developed modules to rigorous QA testing 
6) Deliver complete and tested application modules within specified deadlines 
Candidates must be able to work independently from his/her home office and is equipped with all necessary and compatible hardware and software. This technical expert will be a contributing member of a virtual team of professionals working from various locations in the U.S. and New Zealand; therefore, strong written and verbal communication skills are vital, as well as willingness to occasional travel to national and international locations as needed.

We have a large number of web-based projects to kickoff beginning in early January, and will require the selected candidate to fully commit his/her resources and talents to meeting assigned project objectives immediately upon contract offer. Further and continuous project work will be offered after completion of the first project, dependent upon the quality and timeliness of deliverables, creativity in problem solving within operational and technical requirements, and interactions with team members.
