Essential Job Responsibilities: 

Create web-based applications using PHP, JavaScript, DHTML, and Ajax 
On-time delivery of highly efficient, clearly documented server-side
applications 
Software architecture & planning 
Accurate estimation of delivery date 
Debugging and code maintenance 

Qualifications: 

4+ years experience with designing and implementing commerical web-based
applications 
Expert knowledge of HTML, DHTML, Javascript, and ASP, PHP, JSP, or some
other server-side language 
Knowledge of PHP, MSQL and LAMP 
Some CMS, SQL, XSL, and XML experience a plus 
Solid communication skills 
Ability to coordinate and collaborate with other developers
