[nycphp-jobs] Freelance Remote PHP/MySQL gig with about 5+ yrs of exp & good client references

There's been a firestorm of public criticism over "el cheapo Indian
purveyors of crappy half a**ed code" both in general and specifically
against various individuals, and for good reason. Warning someone
against this sort of thing might even be considered a public service in
some cases.

So I think there might be a huge difference, legally, between doing
that, and actual disparagment of anyone's competence.

Besides...it's impossibly expensive for them to sue anyone in America
for disparagement and loss of income -- and impossible also for us to
sue them for delivery of crappy code, because they're in India.

Do you want to be responsible for someone not getting work, and ending
up homeless on the street, because of your personal opinion about their
work, which may or may not be valid?
