The upside, you'll be trained on cutting edge technology by a close team of bright developers.  My firm has place 1/3 of the engineers on this team and we can speak to the exceptional quality of the development team and environment.  

 

In addition to being strong with PHP you need to know your way around Javascript, CSS and HTML.  You'll get your hands on Pear, CodeIgniter and any technology you deem worthy of using if you can make a logical case for using it.
