Enterprise Content Management industry association. We have a stable, 
diverse workforce with an average employee tenure of over 10 years.

Because of internal growth, we seeking a PHP systems developer. We 
prefer a full-time employee, but are open to independent contractors 
who are willing and able to work on-site and are looking to build a 
long-term relationship.

This position requires:

    * Solid PHP and database systems development experience
    * Knowledge of web-development skills including HTML, Javascript, and CSS
    * The ability to work with a team of professionals with diverse 
perspectives
    * The ability to work on several projects simultaneously
    * Willingness to conform to Strategic's application development standards
    * A positive attitude and superior work ethic

The following attributes are plusses:

    * Degree in Computer Science or Information technology
    * Configuration experience with LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and 
PHP) or a Microsoft server
    * Experience with PHP-based content management systems (Joomla, 
Mambo, etc.)
    * Experience with web application development frameworks (Zend 
Framework, etc.)
    * Experience with visual programming and templating systems
    * Exposure to the IBM System i (iSeries / AS/400) server
    * Bilingual English / Spanish
    * The desire to be a lifetime learner
