automation programs. I'm looking for a salary preferably 90k+ if I were to

Although I have been looking for out sourced contract positions where I
could provide preferably 15-20 hour work week (but open), I am also open to

-Experience with content management systems, preferred
-Experience with the following tools and technologies, preferred:

-XML
-Telligent Community Server

Sample projects include:
-Design and develop POC for SaaS (Software as a Service) capability for data
partners
-Design and develop web services POC (Proof of Concept) architecture for
sensitive/secure data
-Collaborate and review application architecture for web site
-Plan development iterations and develop technical designs
-Perform assessment of various 3rd party components and make recommendations
-Identify and suggest opportunities to improve efficiencies in IT
development process and enterprise-wide business processes
-Assist with infrastructure and capacity planning for optimal use of
existing hardware
-Document existing back-end processes for future information architecture
