I just met with a Ruby developer who is looking for $90k for full-time work.
He is coming out of a startup company where he was the lead architect and
developer of their application. He has 2 years of Ruby on Rails experience
and his Masters from Johns Hopkins in Computer Science with a 3.8 GPA.
He has perfect communication skills and presents himself very well.  If you
can have a position for someone like this, please give me a call.
