Travel website is seeking an experienced, energetic web developer with
strong LAMP development skills to help in the aggressive expansion of our
site. This dynamic position includes direct involvement in our expansion
plans as well as development and maintenance on our current site.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated person who gets excited about
being able to utilize their skills and creativity to have an immediate
impact on our company's growth. This is the type of position that won't be
lost in the shuffle and will report directly to the company founder as a
trusted advisor.

Requirements:
* PHP (OOP)
* CSS, HTML,XML
* MySQL 4 (5.x experience a plus)
* JavaScript, AJAX, DHTML
* Strong knowledge of current web standards & browser/platform compatibility
issues
* Linux server management (Red Hat)
* Apache
* Basic Windows networking skills
* SEO Experience a big plus
* SOAP/REST/Web Services a plus


Responsibilities:
* Support and advise in all areas of web development.
* Participate in overall creative process – design through deployment
* Basic server management
* Able to gather business rule requirements given a proposal to create new
functionality.
* Able to maintain basic network support for internet, computers, and
printers.
