Travel website is seeking an experienced, energetic front-end developer with
strong AJAX and PHP development skills to help in the aggressive expansion
of our services.
This dynamic position includes direct involvement in our expansion plans as
well as development and maintenance on our current site.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated person who gets excited about
being able to utilize their skills and creativity to have an immediate
impact on our company’s growth.

Requirements:

* Very Strong knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX and DHTML
* Strong knowledge of current web standards & browser/platform compatibility
issues
* Strong knowledge of graphic design with examples of previous work.
* PHP4 and PHP5 experience
* Strong SEO Experience
* Ability to code without the use of WYSIWYG editors
* Experience with php template libraries such as smarty
* Strong problem solving skills
* Ability to use revisioning systems such as SVN, CVS, or GIT
* Working knowledge of OOP Principles
* Working knowledge of MVC systems
* Basic Windows networking skills


Responsibilities:
* Ability to work well with back-end developers in tandem
* Ability build a finished product that meets project requirements
* Support in all areas of web development.
* Participate in overall creative process – design through deployment
