One of our favorite clients is seeking confident, capable developer to bring
on staff.

The key differentiator for this this position is level of pure awesome
regarding the people who work at this firm. Almost to the person, this
entertainment-geared marketing agency is populated with smart folks who are
not afraid of knowledge-sharing, and questioning tactics and company
standards.  This is a really solid group, and the work environment is
causal-but-focused.

Code organization is the most important thing, followed closely by the
ability to pick up new frameworks as needed.

They¹ve asked to see people at two levels:  a straight developer with two or
three yes of professional experience , and a lead developer who can work
with creatives and account-side folks to make sure what¹s being written is
to spec, and can recommend add-ons and benefits.  The senior position is
hands-on, too.
