Hi,
 
MiMedia, located in Port Chester, NY, is building the first personal cloud based personal media platform.  We are in the process of assembling the final members of the core development team and are searching for exceptionally talented individuals who are interested in a unique opportunity to join us at an early stage and have a large impact on our business.  We are trying to fill the following three positions:
 
1. Web Developer
Must have 3+ years of PHP!!
Expert using XML and JSON to interface with web services
Expert HTML and CSS, with knowledge of HTML5
Expert with JavaScript and AJAX Experience developing high-performance scalable systems
Intermediate to Expert Flash and Actionscript 3.0
 
2. Quality Assurance Engineer
Must have 5+ years of software quality assurance experience testing Apache, Linux, PHP, and Flash Experience testing Win32 Desktop software Experience testing mobile applications Be proficient in a Linux environment
 
3.  Server Developer
Develop back end management systems, databases, and management applications Develop back end storage and data replication systems Integrate 3rd party billing and subscriber management systems Work with front end and client side developers to design API's and communication
 
7+ years of software development experience
Expert with Linux in a HA Environment
Expert with C, PHP, and UNIX scripting languages
Experience with Financial control and customer management systems
Experience developing high-performance, scalable systems
Comfortable in a startup, agile, and extreme programming environment
