Greetings! ... We Amtex Systems Inc are looking for 5 PHP / LAMP developers
to fill the position with our client in New York City - 6+ months contract
role.

Location:  New York City
Duration:  6+ months
Title:  PHP / LAMP Developers with some knowledge / exp with Video handling

2 PHP Developer with Video Experience
2 PHP Developer without VIDEO experience

1 web developer with HTML / CSS / PHP


Requirements:
• 5 + years of PHP / LAMP (Linux, PHP 5.0, Apache, mySQL) development
experience with design / architecture of scalable, high-performance
multi-tier web and infrastructure applications.
• Detailed knowledge of Unix, MAC OSX, and Windows systems, NFS, shell
scripting, daemons, cron jobs, and system requirements for high traffic,
fault tolerant, 24x7 websites, supporting a service-oriented architecture.
• Experience building Web Services (e.g. SOAP, REST, XML) to deliver
functional applications
• jQuery, XML, Javascript, Html, CSS , Python
• MVC, OOP and Zend Framework
• SVN
• MySQL usage, schema design
• Doctrine ORM model
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development.
• Understanding of video content management systems supporting expanded
video encoding, storage, workflow, and distribution.
