My client is the innovator behind the first online movie theater! They're partnering with movie studios to allow special pre-screenings that will enhance the theatrical release of a film, and allow bloggers to view sneak previews to create additional buzz. Strategic alliances with marketing companies, and film festivales (like Sundance) are in the works. The product is in Beta -- this is an exciting time to join! 

 

Job requirements: 

 

Seeking a talented PHP/MySQL Engineer -- excellent problem solving skills -- with at least 4+ yrs professional experience who is realy strong with databases / stress testing / load balancing / Akamai. Ability to program in Java is a plus.  Compensation includes equity stake plus salary. Office located in Manhattan. 

 

This role will start out as a 2 month contract, with the expectation of becoming a fulltime permanent role.
