creates and maintain a high traffic website with over 25MM unique monthly visitors, featuring music station streams - available online and via iPhone - with audio and video programming on-demand, embeddable song dedication, "upcoming event" widgets, and exclusive promotions; and the site allows fans to discover new music - offering millions of tracks in every genre and thousands of independent artists and labels. Users receive recommendations based on their listening history and music tastes.   



 


REQUIREMENTS:


 


PHP, MySQL, Javascript, HTML, CSS



 

Desired skills:  


 


Strong in PHP/jQuery/XML (XPath plus methods for parsing XML in PHP and jQuery).  Dream candidate will possess Wordpress plugin and theme development skills, but a willingness to learn is all that is required.  Integration with web services and third party APIs a plus.   XML, Atom, Publishing, SVN/Git a plus.
