TECHNICAL LEAD - CONTRACT TO HIRE - NEW YORK CITY!

 

Technical Lead to assist in the definition, development and ongoing
support of our client's interactive and digital projects. 

The ideal candidate will be energetic, articulate, and must possess an
understanding of a broad range of interactive technologies.

 

Requirements:

 

Hands-on experience with PHP and open-source server-side frameworks and
CMSs 

Expertise in HTML, CSS, JS and AS 

Proficiency with JS frameworks 

Experience integrating 3rd party API's and AJAX & JSONP widgets 

Experience in planning and developing web apps with extensive
server-side logic. 

 

Core Responsibilities:

 

Works directly with Tech Director 

Work with all project stakeholders: Client, Account, Creative, and
Project Managers to define and execute campaign elements. 

Provide feasibility assessments during scoping discussions. 

Provide time estimates 

Work with Producers and Project Managers to develop realistic project
plans and to determine project milestones. 

Perform risk assessments throughout project lifespans and provide
counsel to stakeholders 

Continuous research of applicable technologies, platforms, toolsets, and
APIs 

Ongoing definition and documentation of agency standards, technical
requirements, and best practices 

Provide mentorship, technical guidance and oversight for agency
developers/programmers
