*TigerTrade seeking Lead IT Executive*



TigerTrade is a funded, rapidly growing startup. We are a social enterprise
revolutionizing global trade by offering a trusted partner network that
connects consumer goods manufacturers in Southeast Asia to US and
international buyers. We are headquartered in NYC and with offices in
Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam.



TigerTrade is looking for a Lead IT Executive (Director/VP/CTO) to oversee
and drive the development of our global technology platform. We are looking
for a candidate who:

   - Believes in our mission and culture.
   - Will grow with our organization over the long term.
   - Will own and drive all aspects of the Company’s rapidly evolving
   technology platform.
   - Can work intimately with the CEO, marketing, product and design teams
   to help direct the product roadmap and overall technology strategy.
   - Can deliver applications personally, and also build and manage in-house
   development and systems teams as our needs grow.
   - Has a mastery of coding, testing, QA, project management, systems
   administration and all other technical functions needed to deliver on
   business goals.
   - Can integrate Social/Web 2.0 features into our existing platform.



*Qualifications*

   - Deeply versed in all modern web technologies: HTML, CSS, SQL,
   Javascript, AJAX, including UI and UX expertise.
   - Experience building, scaling and managing production web applications.
   - Experience building and managing teams to deliver production web and
   back-end applications using industry best-practices.
   - Experience writing comprehensive unit, functional, and acceptance tests
   using automated testing frameworks.
   - Strong understanding of building and scaling HA production databases.
   - In or willing to relocate to New York City.

   - Competitive salary, equity and title based on skills and experience.

   - Front end: HTML, CSS, JS (jQuery) and AJAX
   - Backend: Cake PHP framework w/ MySQL database and PHP 5.2
