Responsibilities:
.	Expand/Improve IIN's web presence
.	Develop new websites to spec and maintain them going forward
.	Provide input to help improve site architecture, layout, and content
.	Assist in optimizing website for increased opt-ins, better search
rankings, and user engagement and retention
.	Follow best coding practices of our CMS (Drupal)
.	Test for cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device
compatibility
.	Work through Salesforce issues with internal SF team and developer
.	Form coding, form delivery, creation of new fields on landing pages
.	Identifying lead sources, initial contacts and creating new
campaigns for landing pages and form on the site 

Implement website updates:
.	Implement website improvements
.	Perform ongoing QA for website
.	Build landing pages, microsites, and webpages
.	Build pages for site with text, audio/video, photos, with
consideration of appropriate compression techniques, resolution, sizes,
color maps, and depths to ensure delivery of high quality website product
.	Work with creative team to update language, photos and branded
content

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
.	Junior PHP developer
.	Drupal or other CMS experience
.	Front-end skills including Javascript, HTML and CSS (including
HTML5)
.	jQuery experience helpful
.	Basic design sense and image editing ability
.	Familiarity with SVN for code management
.	Basic understanding of Apache webserver and its administration
.	Experience implementing web pages from wireframes and/or design
comps
.	Have teamwork skills and are self-starting
.	Comfortable with semi-agile development, with competing projects and
deadlines
.	Are flexible, fast and reliable in your work
