Desired Skills & Experience

*         Experience of developing web applications using primarily
Python and/or PHP

*         Experience with MySQL and NoSQL technologies, preferably
Memcached and/or Redis

*         Knowledge of core web technologies: HTML, CSS

*         Experience working closely with Front End Engineers to build
scalable, dynamic web applications that ultimately deliver beautiful,
optimized user experiences

*         Understand the full application delivery stack and be
passionate about optimizing the interaction between Back End
applications, infrastructure, and Front End systems

*         Experience developing scalable applications combining RESTful
web services with back end capabilities

*         Meticulous and passionate approach to performance optimization
and debugging

*         3+ years development experience

*         B.S. / B.Eng. / M.S. degree in Computer Science, Internet
Engineering, or related fields

*         Experience with templating engines would also be helpful.
