A friend was looking for a good CMS and I obviously thought of Joomla.
The questions arose about having multiple admins who take care of
seperate areas, and being able to have different menu options depending
on where you are. 

For example, the Sales team at example.com can edit and change the sales
section of the site and the tech folks can edit product specifications.
A corporate customer might have a couple extra tabs on the top of the
menu that cover details on contract sales, etc. 

Make sense? The main issue would be that the sales and technical areas
were totally seperate, with seperate passwords, etc.
