[joomla] Work Order Component

You might want to try nbill.com. It is no longer listed on JED, but it
allows for very granular service/billing capability.

You may also want to look at Jforce (www.extremejoomla.com). It is a suite
with billing, lead/contact and project management. Might be what you need.
