[joomla] adding hebrew dynamically to site

If they are only adding words or phrases, they can copy them from another
source where they have been typed (preferable at UTF-8 source) and paste
them into an article...they will show up correctly.  I have done this for my
Synagogue site and a Hebrew study site.
