Some folks swear by Amazon's S3, read about it here:

For my last site launch I used Panther Networks, now part of CDNetwork:

 http://www.us.cdnetworks.com/

That was a great rollout, fast performance, and will probably use them
in the future.

You can also investigate Akamai, EdgeCast and GoGrid (via almighty Google).
