[joomla] Template error

Apparently I had the my css folder named in all caps "CSS". It was also all
caps in my templateDetails.xml, but I guess is always needs to be lowercase.
Once I changed that it worked. Weird.

Usually this error means Joomla can't find what is supposed to be there. I
believe you know that.
Have you double checked for misspellings?
This path looks kinda tricky. Are you sure your CSS folder is where it is
supposed to be?
Are you running this website in a local environment?
