[joomla] Hosting Question

I was looking into phpfog.com a few weeks ago.
Interesting concept. You don't pay by the server, but by the
pre-configured website (they call it "apps").
First 3 apps/websites are free, but if you want you own custom domain
name it is $5/mo.

You click "create", then the "joomla" button, select a login/password,
and a fresh blank joomla site is ready for you in 1 minute. It's sort
of like a managed website hosting. You don't worry about keeping the
server/ operating system up and running, just the Joomla.

This seems like it would be good for testing Joomla or other popular
apps for free, or simple cheap low traffic hosting.

I haven't committed to buying anything from them yet, but found their
whole "cloud hosting" concept was interesting.
