[joomla] Enabling Jquery in the template?

The best way to have jQuery in joomla is to run jQuery in no conflict mode,
and make sure all your jQuery is setup to support noconflict mode.

You should not try to disable mootools unless you know exactly what you are
doing because you will you have things break and not know how to fix them.
