I want to add a new module position to the Cyan template. This is to add a
tag line, such as "Greatest Show on Earth!". I want to add this new module
position between the above the Menu module position and between the Logo
module position and the Search module position.

I would greatly appreciate some tips on how to go about doing this. Would
doing this impact the admin back for the Cyan template?

What existing code might I start to copy and where to place it to add this
new tag module position?

Is there anything in particular I need to look out for in doing this?
