[joomla] Implementing google Analytics

Hi Matt,

It's not a good idea to put it in your site's head.

The reason being, if Google Analytics doesn't load, nothing on your site
will load.

If it's in the footer, and Google Analytics doesn't load, the majority of
your site will still load.
