I have this mysterious file on my C:/ drive, qpmd8376.bin - contains a
rather large integer value and nothing more.  I read up somewhere that
.bin files are normally associated with email clients like Outlook and
Outlook Express (I have Outlook Express).  Am I correct in assuming so,
else, what the heck is this thing?
