One of the active mirrors is PHP Classes. This is in lower Manhattan, and is
your best bet for speedy signups, searches and downloads. It's updated every
hour so you can be confident you're getting valid and relevant results.
Let's push it to #1 on the http://phpclasses.org mirror ranking!
The other active mirror is MozDev's Hovercraft system, an exciting new
architecture for Open Source development.
There's still a lot of resources available and room to grow. If there are
