[nycphp-talk] PHP IDE for windows

I use UltraEdit <http://www.ultraedit.com>, which is more of an all-round
programmer's editor.  Does lots of neat tricks, but it's not an IDE.

I've been using textpad  http://www.textpad.com and i love it but i am
looking for something with a little more punch to it.
