NYCPHP Meetup

I'm part of the NYPHP group and I can't post there right now, but I really,
REALLY need someone's help here with WinCVS.

I have a file in my repository, PHIL.SQL, version 1.1

I did a view in Notepad and saved my changes to a local directory,
c:\\stuff\\PHIL.SQL

What I want to do is to create a new version of PHIL.SQL in my repository
with the changes in c:\\stuff\\PHIL.SQL

How do I do that?  I'm used WinCVS.
