[nycphp-talk] PHP headers and Mac Machine Downloads

after a bit of googling around "ie for mac" i find that this problem
(dynamic file download) seems to be pervasive. 

phpbuilder.com suggests exhorting mac end-users to switch to netscape 6+...
or emailing a fix/bug suggestion to the m$ ie for mac team (talk about
swimming upstream!).

i'll keep an eye out for work arounds.
