eBay's login is http by default, and that surprises me.  You have to
click the "Secure sign in (SSL)" link in order to use https.  And, epier
doesn't even appear to have https as an option.  That's why I avoid
epier.  I asked them about that, but never got a reply back.

I always found it odd that a request for https://mail.yahoo.com/ is
presented with an SSL certificate for login.yahoo.com. Most browsers
sound the alarm as soon as this happens.
