Seems like an idea for a really useful web service.  A repository for human
translations.  Get a group of people checking every day for new phrases
which could use translation, and eventually have a database of well
translated phrases in well.. as many languages as you can get translators.
New phrase requests that haven't been translated get added to a list of 'new
phrases' to be translated at the moderators next login.  Could be very
useful for the entire web community.

Oh, if I only had time, funding and more beer.
