Hi all,
I have released another app you may be interested in if you run a
server. It is called tLimit and can be found at tlimit.com

Basically, using mod_rewite and .htaccess to build a very nice bandwidth
limiter 100% in PHP/MySQL with online demo that you can start downloads
and view them from the admin section. You can dynamically throttle the
downloads and even kill them in real time.  

Anyway, as always, any thoughts would be appreciated.
