I was cruising around the php manual and I noticed 
that the 'PageRank' for the manual page about sessions
( http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.session.php )
was considered to be zero on a scale of zero to ten 
(ten being the most important) in terms of importance.

What kind of nonsense is that?

The rank algorithm being used must be just that -- 'rank'
