Hello people:

i have a problem that is driving me crazy.

i am developing a site that is currently in:

http://www.php-developers.com.ar

1. With Opera Browser there are no problems.
2. with ie you can open the page once, and when you try refreshing there is a 
problem.
3. same problem with firefox.

I'm using include() to include the different blocks.

I don't know what the problem might be. can anyone point me in the right 
direction.

i also tested with www.php-developers.com.ar/newsarticles.php and i get the 
same error, with the first include. i hope you understand my problem.
