I haven't used any of those programs, I like to hand code most of my 
stuff in BBEdit. But there are a few CSS editors available for the Mac, 
some shareware. Search for CSS on versiontracker.com.
I'm not sure where HomeSite falls in. Is it like GoLive or DreamWeaver? 
You can look for plugins for BBEdit to extend it's functionality. 
There's a lot you can do just with BBEdit. I find the File Grouper 
invaluable.
