I'm curious as to how I should handle this, other than the obvious H*LL NO:

A guy posted a request for bids for a project whereby he needs an entire
file management application system, complete with ability to handle
streaming audio/video uploads and downloads, search engine, advanced
search engine, "Top Ten" videos, a "My" personalization feature, and at
least 12 - 13 other major applications.

Total time to develop ALL of this: 15 days
Max bid: $20
