It was obvious, just not to me...

I used a different "body" phrase and forgot the closing ">". So IE saw the form tag start in the body declaration. :(  Netscape overcame it, IE didn't. As a unix weenie, I'm not surprised.

Thanks all! It was the validator that gave me the first clues.
