[nycphp-talk] Idea for PHP site (series of articles)

The original question asked "what do you guys think of this idea for a new 
web site", it seems most people so far agree this would be a good idea to 
have such guidelines online. My thought is that why not put this information 
on NYPHP, perhaps as part of the phundamentals?
