Here's the head:

It doesn't seem to make a difference even if I change it to this:

<head>
	<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; 
charset=iso-8859-1" />
	<link rel="stylesheet" title="Default" 
href="https://servername.com/css/default.css" type="text/css" />
</head>
