[nycphp-talk] PEAR HTML_Table

So...even though it sort of feels 'dirty'...I'll just use array_chunk to put
my array into 3 separate arrays and then use those as the cols for
HTML_Table.

It'll work, but I'm interested if anyone knows a cleaner way.
