It seems like every year around this time, Hans Z gets a sudden urge to 
switch everything over to some weird Microsoft technology that no one has 
ever heard of. Sure enough, next day he's back in PHP's corner.

I think he must binge on the five-year-old easter candy from Duane Reade or 
something, it's the only thing that would explain it.
