ahh so you are only saying to prompt for the passwoird if they are over the 
threshold AND thier user agent changes, i understood it as everytime they 
hit the threshold to prompt. That makes a bit more sense, however for 
someone who's UA changes frequently they wont ever get prompted for thier 
password. What would you suggest to ensure thier security?
