I got it from the publisher, too. I had the manuscript (which is 
gigantic) and managed to read through some of it. The stuff on OO 
programming with PHP makes it pretty easy to understand, the explanation 
of variable functions was very nice, and there's thankfully not a great 
deal of "PHP works this way, while C does..." which I never really get a 
great deal of value from.

I'll let you know as I get through more of it.
