Hi.
Forgive me the stupid question, have you tried CTRL+SPACE to activate the
code assist?
What version of eclipse have you downloaded?

Have you heard of the Web Tools Project, it's a version with all we need to
make websites (hand coded, of course).

Enjoy, it has worked fine for me, although we must not expect the
operability of the zend IDE, but hey! it's FREE!
