Joseph,

Look into the different salary sites and then pick a number and play
ball. If they want you they will negotiate.  It's all about selling
yourself and being confidant in your capabilities., focus on your years
of experience and certifications rather than your lack of education.

If you start low you will stay low, it's easier to ask for 20k more up
front rather than a 15k raise two years later.   

I wouldn't personally think of accept anything less than 85.
